Return and Store Credit Policy:
We’re delighted to offer store credit for items returned in their original condition within 29 days of purchase. Use this credit to choose from our extensive range of over 5,000 products. To ensure your safety, we strongly recommend wearing gloves while testing or opening your products. In the rare event of receiving a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly rectify the situation. However, our returns policy lasts for 29 days, and beyond this period, we cannot offer credit or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are not provided due to high credit card fees and chargebacks. Certain goods, such as perishable items, broken products, and intimate or sanitary goods, cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Broken items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Damaged products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete a return for exchange or credit, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your exchange will be processed, and store credit will be applied to your buyer account immediately.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at support@lightshomes.com.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, store credits will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns:
To initiate a return, contact us at support@lightshomes.com. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, return shipping costs will be deducted from it. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
